Our room was good sized with an excellent breakfast. The location seemed favourable to the Christchurch area. Had nice dainties at The Philippines Bakery, located steps away from the hotel

the attic twin room room was included with the best pillow and a lovely freestanding bath, for instance.

The bed of mine was too high.

We had a lovely stay at a beautiful B&B in a convenient location. The house was well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were modern and spacious, with great showers and water pressure. Pam and Dennis were friendly and helpful hosts, ensuring we had a memorable stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall experience was highly recommended. we would recommend this B&B for a pleasant stay.

I had delicious and large breakfasts with the best eggs, mushrooms, a lovely view of a large. The location was absolutely perfect as for me, so close to shops and food outlets, and a dedicated cycle path. It also was to a grocery store. I did not want to leave, so do recommend this hotel.

The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom or lounge. While the hosts were always accommodating and would make us tea or coffee when asked, it would have been nice to be able to make it ourselves.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this BnB. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect, close to the downtown and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The gardens were beautiful and had a lovely BBQ area. The room was clean and comfortable with facilities such as heated flooring and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
